2. Payment Methods

Important: Payments made to such third parties are governed by the respective policies of those institutions, and the Company shall not be responsible for refunds or disputes relating to such payments.
7. Payment Security
Payments processed through the Company’s website or payment gateways may be handled by authorized third-party payment processors.
The Company does not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking credentials. Such information is processed securely by the payment service provider in accordance with applicable regulations and security standards.
8. Chargeback and Payment Disputes
The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment provider without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated after services have commenced, the Company reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and provide supporting documentation to the payment provider demonstrating that services were rendered in accordance with the agreed terms.
Unjustified chargebacks may constitute a breach of contractual obligations and may result in recovery proceedings or other remedies available to the Company under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time to reflect changes in operational practices, service offerings, or legal requirements.
